Calling all drummers! 

Does sitting down unscrewing lugs and replacing drum heads give you nightmares? Does tuning your snare and toms bring you out in a sweat, because no matter what, you just can't get rid of that pesky ring or rumble? Do you feel like having a rant out loud because you can't get the click sound you want without getting a huge ruffle in the drum skin? Then we have an answer - the Smash Room's very own Drum Technician "Kevin Bartlett" who is offering a re-skinning and drum tuning service to customers. 

Kevin has 18 years of live and studio playing experience, 10 years teaching experience, 5 years studio engineering experience and 15 years being a gear nut! So much so that he can talk to you about which drum heads he thinks will suit the wood type of your kit based on ply thickness, whilst also factoring in the type of sticks that you use (wood tip/nylon tip) and the genre of music that you play.

If you would like to take advantage of the re-skinning/Tuning service a quote for the total cost of purchasing the drum heads and service charge will be provided to you with the drum head recommendation.  The service charge for re-skinning your kit will be £20.00 (based on a standard 5 piece kit. For non-standard kit sizes please request a quote) this price would also include cutting any port holes into the kick skin.
