The JJ ECC83S (12AX7) has a different plate design than found in most ECC83's. The compact plate does nothing to dampen their sound or dynamic response. They are well balanced and harmonically rich and provide high gain without the usual noise and microphonic problems you would expect. If your looking for a great value for your money the JJ ECC83 will be your solution.
